I found all the blocks for the Shop Hop Quilt made from batiks. They are all just patiently waiting their turn, from March 2013. Yep! 5 years ago.
However, at Guild last month, Laurie and Hobart gave a class on specialty cutting to make hexagons.
It was just too enticing not to give it a try. I have all the blocks completed and just want to add (4) cornerstones and borders to complete the top. At present, the sides have a nice bias swoop to them.
I'm hoping that side borders will help. We shall see.
