Design Wall Monday

Over the Rainbow Quilt Top is progressing....
The sewing is easy but I have been struggling with colors.  So far, I see too much green and lots of blue.
Now I am trying to use more brown in some of my blocks.  I just have to make (2) more Quarter Blocks and (6) more Half Blocks.

    Nancie, this quilt is really beautiful! I love the layered illusion of the blocks. Where in TN are you located? I'm in the Memphis area. Just curious!

      Amie,

      I tried checking out your Blog but couldn't find it? Do you belong to a local quilt guild in Murfreesboro? I belong to Friendship Quilters Guild that meets in Smyrna. There is also a guild, The Quilting Bees that meets in Murfreesboro.

      When I took the class to make this quilt, Over the Rainbow, I actually met another Blogger, who was from Nashville. It's really amazing to meet other Bloggers from this area.
