Print the instructions first with pictures
Read the instructions carefully, prior to cutting--
When I used my Die Cutter for the green strips, I didn't catch the fact that they were to be cut 2" wide not 2.5" wide, so all needed to be trimmed. I'm now back on track.

I've done the same thing w/regard to pressing seams. I finished all the blocks, then read that I was supposed to have pressed the seams open. Doh!
