Is It Monday Already?

Somehow with all the different items needing to be accomplished over the last week or so, I'm now way behind on my (2) 366 day projects that I began on New Year's Day.  Hopefully, I do not lose the notes that I wrote down about what I've been doing each day.  I really like the 365 Quilty Circle project.  I spend more time than needed to decide what type of fabrics I will use.  I die cut a bunny, which took up the space on two squares, so I had to machine applique the bunny and of course, he needed a carrot, which needed greenery.  I search through my fabrics for special images, which relate to the event for the day.  My husband took photos one day, so I found fabric with a camera.  February 2nd was the last Quilty Circle I made with a message which read "Sewing Ladies sorted 14 boxes of fabric".  Of course, I had to take home "some fabric", which was just too good to pass up.

On Thursday, Feb. 11th, I went out to R.J.'s and she wanted us to take some fabric home to store.  Sure why not help her out--so I took some more fabric home.

Then, this last Saturday, the Guild had a lady bring some fabric in to sell.  She was downsizing and getting ready to move.  Lots of panels, which seem to attract me like a magnet, so I bought some of her fabric; "just to be nice."  A couple of pieces looked good to use with my 365 Quilty project.

365 Quilty Circles

The last few days, I've been working on a spread sheet for our Guild.  It shows the history of the first 10 years of our Guild's Work Shops and Classes that we offered to members.  I found it was extremely helpful when you a finished a quilt but had forgotten to write down when you started it, who the teacher was, the name of the quilt pattern, etc.  Since I was a Founding Officer, I kept copies of every newsletter for the past 20 years.  Oh My!!  The next spread sheet will show the last 10 years.
