Quilty Project 55

Yesterday, I worked on getting caught up on my 365 Quilty Project.  Now my goal is to stay caught up, since I don't want to spend an entire day and evening trying to catch up and remember what specific thing I did that day.  I had to use 3 different calendars to figure out what happened each day.  One can only fit a few words on each block and the month and day.

The plan was to make a 2-sided quilt but it may turn out to be too heavy and turn into two quilts; each measuring 48" x 60" with a few blocks left over--we shall see as we get towards summer.  Even with getting a couple of weeks behind, I have enjoyed this project.  It's really been a challenge to choose fabrics that fit the day and what few words shall I say.  So far, I haven't had a "repeat fabric" in any of the circles that I can see.  Even if I do, I'm not taking it out since I'm sewing as I go, so as not to lose any blocks.

I'm naming the picture that I took for today:  Quilty Project 55  which designates the number of blocks completed at the time the picture was taken.

I have several other projects that need attention, so off I go.  I hope those of you reading this Blog are working on a project that you enjoy............
