Last week, I helped my friend, Sandra with her Yard Sale. Lots of fabric and fleece for sale...Here's a picture of what the fleece looked like on the tables. The fleece was just $2.00 per yard. The only stipulation was that we didn't cut any fabric, so you had to buy the whole or partial bolt (it just depended on how much remained on the bolt). It was still a wonderful deal. About five ladies from our Sewing Group came and purchased a sizable amount but as you can see, there was plenty for everyone.

Last Tuesday, at Sewing, we sorted through about 10 bags of donated fabric. We tried to sort it by color and/or theme. I took home the "I Spy" fabrics and a kit with hexagons and purple triangles. Since I wanted to see what the quilt top would look like, I started laying it out yesterday afternoon and began sewing it together last night and today.

I'm not sure how many rows I can create before I run out of purple triangles. I have cut some of my
fabrics to add to the quilt, but I don't think I have any dark purple that will match. We shall see.....
