Veteran's Top Complete
Our weekly sewing group has been busy sewing tops for some of our local veterans. They are smaller than a QOV, since they will be used by veterans who live at the Veterans Home, many whom are in wheelchairs.
This one measures 40 1/2" by 49". Since we will not be adding batting, our group plans to back them with flannel or fleece.
